1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

2. Return conditions
Products must be unused and in their original condition. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or damaged will not be refunded.

3. Return procedure
To return a product, please contact us at contact@kivala.store with your order number. Return costs are your responsibility.

4. Reimbursement
Once the products have been returned and inspected, a refund will be issued to the payment method used for purchase within 14 days.

5. Exceptions
Personalized items or promotional products are not eligible for returns unless defective.
